JayBharat Food LLC – Shipping & Order Policy

Thank you for choosing JayBharat Food LLC. We are committed to preparing and delivering your food with care and efficiency.

Final Sales:
All food sales are final. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, JayBharat Food LLC is not responsible for damage or loss resulting from shipments returned to the freight location, packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect address information, or when the recipient is unavailable to receive the order on the scheduled delivery date.

Order Processing & Shipping:
Once your online order is received, we strive to ship it within 2 business days. Orders placed after 3:00 PM on Friday will be shipped after 3:00 PM on Tuesday of the following week.

Packaging:
All products are carefully packed before shipping. In the rare event that a package arrives damaged or appears to have been mishandled during transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for prompt assistance.

Carrier Delays:
Please note that JayBharat Food LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by UPS or other carriers.

Order Changes or Cancellations:
JayBharat Food LLC reserves the right to change or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Shipping charges may apply based on UPS rates and promotions.
